With the Island Exodus 9 right around the corner, we thought it would be a good idea to address some of the frequently asked questions about the event and the resort. And if your question is not answered here, you can submit it in the form below.

Q: When is the Island Exodus 9 On-Sale?
Our on-sale is broken down into three categories:
Last year's attendees can purchase tickets starting on Thursday, July 6 at 10am ET.
All other previous attendees will be able to purchase tickets Friday, July 7 at 10am ET.
Rooms for all other interested parties will be available starting Monday, July 10 at 10am ET.

Q: I attended Island Exodus 1, Can I Purchase During the Pre-Sale?
Unfortunately the inaugural event was prior to Island Gigs' involvement in the event and we do not have the database available. You will need to book your rooms with the on-sale July 10.

Q: What Date(s) Is This Year's Event?
Island Exodus 9 takes place January 13 - 17, 2018. This first Gov't Mule show is January 13 and guests will depart on January 17. For those wishing to extend their stay, there will be an 'Exodus Eve' show on January 12 and Electric Hot Tuna will perform on January 17.

Q: Where Does the Event Take Place?
Island Exodus takes place at the Jewel Paradise Cove in Runaway Bay, Jamaica. Guests will fly into Montego Bay and there will be a complimentary shuttle to the resort.

Q: How Much Music Will There Be?
Gov't Mule will perform Three (3) 2-Set shows. Warren Haynes will perform a "solo" opening set one night, and JJ Grey & Mofro will play Three sets of their own - One opening Set, One Headline Set, and one day-time set.

Q: What Additional Activities Are Available?
Matt Abts will host a drum clinic for fans to join him in a jam. We will also have some other special pop-up musical performances throughout the event.

The resort also offers a myriad of activities including Complimentary Greens Fees at the 18 Hole Championship Runaway Bay Golf Club, Fitness Center With Classes, Enhanced Water Sports Activities Center Featuring Sunset Cruises, Glass-Bottom Boat Tours, Reef Snorkeling Excursions, Hobie Cat and Non-Motorized Water Sports and a Water Slide. Scuba Diving will also be available, but for an additional charge.

Q: What Is Included In My Stay?
The Jewel Paradise Cove is an all-Inclusive vacation experience! All Meals are included from 7 Restaurants on the Resort as well as unlimited Premium Drinks at 4 Bars (Including 3 Swim-Up Bars), the Nightly Post-Show Barbecue and Bonfire, and all of the above activities.

Your all-inclusive vacation also includes a service fee which is distributed amongst the staff, however, if you feel that a member of the team has gone above and beyond by offering you a stand-out exceptional service, then you are free to extend further tip to them personally.

Q: Do I Need Cash?
: Although your stay is all-inclusive, we do recommend having some cash available. While tipping is not expected, it is nice to have cash handy for those who provide exceptional service. There will also be various excursions from the resort during the day and you may want to purchase a souvenir or two. We do bring a square reader to accept credit cards at the merch booth, but the connection does not always cooperate on the beach and cash will ensure that you get the items you want and help keep the line moving fast.

Q: Does the Band Stay On the Resort?
Some of the artists will be staying on site and hang out throughout the day. Matt Abts performs a drum clinic in the atrium where fans can join him for a drum session, and all artists will be on-site for the poster signing. This is a great time to make sure you don't miss your chance to say "Hi!"

Q: Can I Bring My Children?
The Jewel Paradise Cove is an 18+ Plus Resort.
