We look forward to seeing you all on the Island!

I Only Attended the Very First Year, Can I Purchase During the Pre-Sale?

A: All reservations must be placed by October 1, 2019.
What Are the Exact Dates of IE11? When Should I Arrive & Depart?
A: All Island Exodus 11 packages include 4 night stay. IE11 concerts and activities take place on January 19, 20, 21, 22, 2020. January 23rd is the check out date.
Those wishing to come in a day early (1/18) or leave a day later (1/24) can add an extra night to the front and/or back of their trip for an additional fee. When booking, after you’ve added your package to your cart, you will be able to add the additional night options before you have completed the check-out process.
I Noticed There Are 2 Resorts. What’s Up With That? Which One Is Best For Me?
A: In the past, we have offered rooms both resorts but only opened sales to Jewel Runaway Bay after Jewel Paradise Cove had sold out, which has been almost immediately. Since both resorts offer slightly different experiences, we wanted to offer both options from the start.
How Does The Shuttle From Jewel Runaway Bay (Sister Resort) to the Jewel Paradise Cove (Host Resort) Work? Will I Be Able To See The Whole Show?
A: Complimentary shuttle busses to The Jewel Paradise Cove (host resort) will be available from 3pm to 2am (roughly 1hr after the last night ends). Shuttles will depart every 15-30 minutes between both resorts and guests will be able to enjoy all-inclusive privileges at each resort. (Note: the feedback we received from attendees who stayed at Jewel Runaway Bay was overwhelmingly positive, especially in relation to the ease and frequency of the shuttles).
Which Airport Should I Fly In To?
A: Guests should fly into Sangster International Airport (MBJ) in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
How Do I Get From The Airport To the Resorts?
A: Airport transfers from MBJ are included in the price of all Island Exodus Packages. You will receive instructions on exactly where you need to go once you land closer to the event in your Welcome Packet.
Please Note: Transfers will only be available from MBJ to your resort on the day you are checking in and from your resort to MBJ on the day you check out. (If you going to be staying someplace else in Jamaica before or after Island Exodus, you will need to arrange your own transportation.)
How Far Is The Resort From The Montego Bay Airport?
A: Jewel Paradise Cove is approximately 75 minutes from Montego Bay’s Sangster International Airport (MBJ).
How Often Will Shuttles Run From MBJ To The Resort? How Often Will They Run From The Resort To MBJ After The Event Is Over?
A: We will reach out to all guests for their arrival and departure flight information before the event to ensure a smooth transportation experience.
Is Air Travel Included In My Package?
A: Air travel is not included in your package pricing. All guests should book their own flights and relay that information to Island Gigs.
What Is Included In My Stay?
A: The Jewel Paradise Cove is an all-Inclusive vacation experience! All Meals are included from 7 Restaurants on the Resort as well as unlimited Premium Drinks at 4 Bars (Including 3 Swim-Up Bars), the Nightly Post-Show Barbecue and Bonfire, concerts and water sports.
Your all-inclusive vacation also includes a service fee which is distributed amongst the staff, however, if you feel that a member of the team has gone above and beyond by offering you a stand-out exceptional service, then you are free to extend further tip to them personally.
Can We Check In Early? Will The Resort Hold My Bags If Our Room Isn't Ready?
A: The resort’s standard check-in times apply for our packages. Check-in time is often not guaranteed until 3PM or 4 PM. However, the resort has assured us that they will do everything in their power to prepare rooms for check-in as early as possible. If you arrive before your room is available, we will be happy to provide you with your wristbands, merchandise and resort credentials so that you can enjoy the resort amenities and relax as your room is being prepared.
What Documentation Do I Need To Travel?
A: To enter Jamaica a valid passport is required. Citizens of the U.S, the UK, Canada and other major European countries are not required to have a visa to visit Jamaica, but must present a valid passport when leaving and or re-entering their country. All visitors are required to travel with a return ticket or onward ticket for entry into Jamaica. Other nationalities please contact your local Jamaican embassy, Consulate or Jamaica Tourism office or visit www.VisitJamaica.com to verify correct documentation needed. We encourage you to PLEASE check your passport ASAP and make sure that it’s up to date and valid for at least 6 months prior to your departure date. If your passport is set to expire within 6 months of travel to Jamaica, Jamaican customs will not let you enter the country.
How Will I Receive My Tickets, Trip Documents & Schedule Of Events?
A: All of our documentation is paperless. We do not use snail mail or any form of expedited mailing services. This means about 3 weeks prior to the event, you will receive a document email with all of the details of your trip (what to do when you arrive at the airport, where to go, concert times, hotel info, etc.). The only documentation you’ll need is your passport which you must travel with anyway. It is a good idea to print your document email just in case you need it for reference. The resort itself is private so no concert tickets are required. You will, however, need to wear an event wristband for identification.
What About the Music...
A: This year features more music than ever before! Gov't Mule will perform Three (3) 2-Set shows. Warren Haynes will perform a solo afternoon “Q & Play” set. Hot Tuna will play two electric and one acoustic set and the North Mississippi Allstars will perform twice. Ron Holloway will be back as a special guest is going to do something we like to call “Sax On The Beach."
What Additional Activities Are Available?
A: Matt Abts will host his annual drum clinic. Danny Louis will return with his second-annual Golf Outing. And Ron Holloway will come back for some Sax on the Beach.
The resort also offers a myriad of activities including Complimentary Greens Fees at the 18 Hole Championship Runaway Bay Golf Club, Fitness Center With Classes, Enhanced Water Sports Activities Center Featuring Sunset Cruises, Glass-Bottom Boat Tours, Hobie Cat and Non-Motorized Water Sports and a Water Slide. Scuba Diving and Reef Snorkeling Excursions will also be available, but for an additional charge
Do I Need Cash?
A: Although your stay is all-inclusive, we do recommend having some cash available. While tipping is not expected, it is nice to have cash handy for those who provide exceptional service. There will also be various excursions from the resort during the day and you may want to purchase a souvenir or two.
Also, you will need cash if you plan on purchasing Island Exodus merchandise. We do bring a square reader to accept credit cards at the merch booth, but the connection does not always cooperate and cash will ensure that you get the items you want and help keep the line moving fast.
Can I Bring My Children?
A: The Jewel Paradise Cove is an 18+ Plus Resort, so children can not access the host resort and therefore can not attend the music or activities. However, The Jewel Runaway Bay Resort is extremely family friendly, with many activities for children, including an extensive water park. JRB Resort does offer baby sitting in the evenings.
Are Payment Plans Available?
A: Yes! Payment plans will be available upon check out. Guests will have to make their initial deposit and then the balance will be spread across monthly payments until the final due date.
Will There Be Any Additional Fees Added On Top Of The Listed Package Prices?
A: No additional fees will be charged once you have booked your package. Each Island Exodus packages offers an all-inclusive experience within the concert venue on all nights. Please note, the resort may offer certain amenities that are not included in your package price and require extra charges. These amenities may include spa treatments and off-site adventures.
Will Tickets To The Concerts Be Available Without Purchasing A Resort Package?
A: No outside tickets will be available for purchase. Admission to the event will only be available for those who purchase a package at the Jewel Paradise Cove or Jewel Runaway Bay.
Can I Purchase A Package Outside Of The Event Website?
What If I Can No Longer Attend?

Please note, depending on when you cancel, payments can be 100% non-refundable, with the exception of guests with travel protection who cancel for a covered reason.
